Platform Engineer

Our Team

As a Platform Engineer, you’ll be part of our close-knit DevOps team, which includes Consultants and Engineers. Our mission is to support clients in all stages of the software development process:

  1. Consultation: We provide advice on Git and other tools.
  2. Implementation: We set up Build & Deployment pipelines.
  3. Training and Coaching: We offer training sessions and Agile coaching.

As a Microsoft Partner, we primarily use Azure DevOps. However, we go beyond that:

  • We are open to client requests for exploring other technologies.
  • Think of challenging tasks such as implementing Kubernetes, Docker containers on Linux, or setting up a Build Server on Apple OS X, and more.

All of this ensures that our clients receive the best possible solutions and are prepared for the rapidly evolving technology landscape! 🚀

The Role

As a PlatformEngineer, your responsibilities include:

  • Advising clients (alongside the DevOps Consultant) on how to bring management and development closer together.
  • Providing technical contributions to the action plan.
  • Executing the technical aspects of this plan, such as automating tasks like continuous integration, continuous deployment, and continuous delivery.
  • Collaborating with the DevOps Consultant to technically support these changes.

Your Profile

  • A completed HBO or WO degree in IT.
  • Approximately 3 years of work experience, preferably as a DevOps Engineer or Developer.
  • Knowledge of and affinity with terms such as DevOps, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum, and .NET development.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • User experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps is a must.
  • Excellent proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • Additionally, you are an enthusiastic, curious team player who enjoys being part of a dynamic environment.
